Hello my name is Katie and I work at the Lake House with a great team of people.
Our main aim is to provide 1st class service to ensure our guests have a memorable time, and will want to return year after year.
Admist this year's setbacks 'the weather' we have had a busy season and hope this will continue. I have worked at the Lake House for two years and have enjoyed the eviroment I work in daily, my role is very varied and I also enjoy chatting to the guests about the Lake District.
I am a keen walker and a 'daily walker'due to my dog and I like to use the knowledge I have to advise our guests on the many walks there are available in the area. Having now lived in the area for three years I would say that the Lake District is a great place to live, what could be better than waking up everyday to a view of the lake and mountains.
Next time you visit you will have to tell me if you think the same about the Lakes.
