Well the weather has certainly picked up again, but it seems the hosepipe ban continues!!
The new Hideaway rooms are proving to be very popular with guests and are a real asset to Lake House.
If we ever get rain the new £200m shopping complex in Kendal will surely be worth a visit - a chance to bag some bargains.
The start of September sees the return of the Great North Swim on Windermere. This is proving to be very popular and now seems to be an annual event.
