It's an Indian Summer !

Just dropped my son off at school in beautiful warm sunshine after 6 weeks of mixed at best weather. The Great North Swim has just been cancelled due to algea in the lake, this has been a big problem this summer and made worse by this recent warm spell. Hopefully the 9000 swimmers will have a great weekend on dry land!
The weather looks good for the next week or so I hope to make the most of it and get the boots on this weekend.
