Please note before booking that a 48 hour cancellation policy applies, we will take a card number at the time of booking. Should you wish to cancel you may do so up to 48 hours before arrival (before 10am on that day). No fee will be charged.
When booking a non-refundable or advance purchase rate full payment will be taken at the time of booking and the booking is then non-transferable and non-refundable, we recommend that you take out holiday insurance to cover any cancellations.
Excluding Bank Holidays, Easter, Spring Bank Holiday, October Half Term, Twix-mas and New Year when the cancellation period is 14 days, so if you wish to cancel you may do so 14 days before arrival or we will take the first nights accomodation.
New Year bookings require a 50% deposit at the time of booking and the remainder must be paid by the 1st December, should you wish to cancel you may do so 28 days prior to arrival but we strongly recommend that you take out your own holiday insurance to cover you for cancellation, please contact us if you require any assistance.
Cancellations made directly through Lake House must be confirmed by email or in writing directly to Lake House. Cancellations made through a third party must be made through the third party.
Please note in the case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
If guests smoke in the bedrooms, the hotel may charge the cost of up to one night's accommodation.
It may not be possible to accommodate your reservation in the same room for each consecutive night during your stay.
